Rob came to do an inspection for my old unit. Showed me pictures of the problems & how much it would cost to fix it. Gave me a price for a new one & he was very respectful that I don't make a big decision like that right on the spot. So he went up to clean up my other a/c & when he came down I had thought about it and told him that I would get the old one replaced. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Now, to get the new one up there.
